Modernized the platform from a Ruby monolith to Node.js and FastAPI microservices. Own the workflow engine, identity sync, device pipeline and the integration framework powering 300+ third-party apps.
- Architected Workflow 2.0 — one-click employee onboarding, offboarding, access provisioning, shadow-user detection and scheduled automations for 100+ enterprises.
- Designed Kafka batch ingestion + Redis session tracking + outbox-backed delivery syncing 3–5M user profiles per run.
- Cut device sync from 5 hours to ~20 minutes across Intune, Jamf and other MDM platforms at 1–3M device events/day.
- Integrated LLM APIs into the platform, including AI-assisted Playwright selector generation.
- Led a 25-hour recovery for user-sync corruption with zero customer impact.
